Kudelski Group is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to standardize and automate CI/CD pipelines across networks and systems, while operating hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, VMware). Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Platform / SRE
• Strong command of GitLab CI pipelines (Azure DevOps appreciated) in international environments
• Deep expertise in at least one public cloud (AWS strongly preferred; Azure exposure appreciated)
• Solid Infrastructure as Code skills: Terraform and Ansible
• Solid Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Understanding of security and compliance in regulated environments (ISO 27001, Common Criteria)
• Fluent English (B2) for cross-regional collaboration

Aufgaben

• Design, operate and improve CI/CD pipelines on GitLab CI and Azure DevOps
• Industrialize and maintain Infrastructure as Code for AWS, Azure and VMware
• Operate and evolve the hybrid infrastructure: VMware vSphere/vSAN, AWS, Azure
• Industrialize secrets and privileged access management
• Build and maintain end-to-end observability across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
• Ensure security and compliance within all owned services
• Support Dev, Ops and Security teams in adopting DevOps practices
