Are you also confident in leveraging AI to enhance modern software development? For our DevOps Platform team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and versatile professional with a strong technical background and a passion for platform engineering and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve a scalable, resilient platform and workplaces for development teams.
• Enable automation through CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and self‑service tooling.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency.
• Drive DevOps security by implementing secure coding standards, SAST/DAST, and software supply chain security, embedding security best practices across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Support the adoption of cutting‑edge AI coding assistants and autonomous agents, shaping their use to improve developer experience and engineering workflows.
• Act as a trusted partner to development teams by actively supporting, guiding, and educating engineers, driving best practices, and fostering a strong DevOps culture.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiar with various developer workplace tools, CI/CD, code security, and AI coding assistance.
• Strong technical background in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages.
• Agile, flexible, and appreciative of working in an energetic, dynamic team.
