Zusammenfassung

Vontobel's IT Security division in Zurich seeks an experienced AI Security Engineer and Architect to design, build, and own security solutions for enterprise AI systems. You will work in an agile team, tackling daily challenges in a dynamic environment and driving complex projects with innovative technologies.

Responsibilities include architecture design, secure software delivery, and hands-on engineering to protect AI pipelines across Azure, AWS, and GenAI platforms.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth expertise in AI security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications.
• Proven design and security of agent-based AI architectures, including tool invocation and memory management.
• Experience implementing AI security testing: red teaming, threat modeling, threat hunting, and risk assessments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills; developing security tooling and automated pipelines.
• Solid cloud security knowledge, especially Azure and AI/ML environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI.
• Agile, collaborative, and proactive with strong ownership and learning mindset.
• Nice to have GenAI pipeline security against adversarial attacks and data manipulation.

For our IT Security division in Zurich, we are seeking an experienced and versatile AI Security Engineer and Architect. What Would your role be?

• Software Development of IT Security and AI Security solutions.
• AI Security Architecture design and development.
• Technical ownership of security software solutions delivery.

What are we looking for?

• In-depth technical expertise in AI security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
• Deep understanding of the OWASP Top 10 and the OWASP Top 10 for Large Language Model (LLM) Applications.
• Proven experience in designing and securing agent-based AI architectures, including tool invocation, memory management, agent communication, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience implementing AI security testing and assurance practices, including red teaming, threat modeling, threat hunting, and risk assessments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with experience developing security tooling, scripts, and automated pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and controls, particularly within Microsoft Azure and AI/ML environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar managed LLM services is an advantage.
• Agile, adaptable, and passionate about working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Nice to have: experience securing Generative AI (GenAI) pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment, against adversarial attacks, prompt injection, model manipulation, and data poisoning.
