Zusammenfassung

Frontify is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to maintain and improve our scalable SaaS infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the R&D team, tackle root causes of infra issues, and serve as the primary contact for Europe- and US-based teams on platform technicals.

You will implement monitoring, on-call processes, and deployment automation while ensuring security and compliance across environments. Remote Switzerland or on-site St. Gallen options are available.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a DevOps / Platform or Systems Engineer role in SaaS
• Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration
• Extensive AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront/OpenSearch)
• Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Security best practices in cloud environments including IAM and data protection
• Fluent English communication in a fast-paced team environment

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a robust monitoring and observability framework for performance and reliability
• Design, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure using DevOps practices
• Own incident management processes including on-call, postmortems, SLOs and error budgets
• Manage web servers and Linux-based systems with a focus on scalability and security
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA and Security teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot issues
• Implement and promote security and compliance standards across deployments and infra
