Job summary

Marco Fuhrer – Management Consultants sucht eine/n IT-Engineer zur Gestaltung, Implementierung und dem Betrieb sicherer, Open-Source Groupware- und Kollaborationsdienste (E-Mail, Dateifreigabe, Messaging, Dokumenteneditor).

Sie bauen und warten Linux-basierte Infrastruktur und containerisierte Anwendungen in einer on-premise Private Cloud, integrieren Identitäts- und Authentifizierungsdienste wie LDAP/OIDC und automatisieren Infrastrukturprozesse mit Terraform und Ansible.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik/IT oder gleichwertige Praxis
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Linux-Systemen und Open-Source-Infrastruktur
• Erfahrung mit selbst gehosteten E-Mail-/Groupware-/Kollaborationsplattformen
• Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, HTTP, TLS)
• Erfahrung mit Containerisierung und Orchestrierung (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, CI/CD und Skripting-Tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python oder Bash)
• Vertrautheit mit Identitätsmanagement (LDAP, OIDC oder SAML) von Vorteil
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Problemlösungsvermögen
• Schweizer Staatsbürgerschaft erforderlich

Responsibilities

• Design, Implementierung und Betrieb sicherer Open-Source-Groupware-/Kollaborationsdienste (E-Mail, Dateifreigabe, Messaging, Dokumenteneditor)
• Aufbau und Wartung von Linux-basierter Infrastruktur und containerisierten Anwendungen in einer On-Premise-Private-Cloud
• Integration von Identitäts-/Authentifizierungsdiensten wie LDAP/OIDC
• Automatisierung von Infrastruktur-Provisioning/Config mit Terraform/Ansible
• Aufbau/Unterhalt von CI/CD-Pipelines und Deployment in Kubernetes-Umgebungen
• Betrieb von unterstützenden Diensten (Datenbanken, Storage, Monitoring, Backup, Recovery)
• Analyse/Behebung technischer Probleme über Infrastruktur/Netzwerke/ Anwendungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Automatisierung
