Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d)

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on the development of data-driven models based on large-scale real-world data. You will analyze, structure and interpret complex datasets with focus on usage analytics to generate insights and contribute to innovative functionalities.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary R&D environment, working closely with engineers, researchers and product teams in an agile setup, with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions in a highly innovative MedTech environment.

More about you

• 4-5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Solid background in machine learning, statistics and data analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Knowledge in audiology or health sciences is a plus
