Etops is redefining financial services with intelligent infrastructure and next-gen AI products. We are a collaboration-driven team building data-powered solutions across Europe, and we’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to shape data-driven products and scalable platform services.

You will develop Python- and Streamlit-based applications, build and optimise data pipelines with Airflow, work with SQL and relational databases, and contribute to ML/LLM-powered features.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade applications with Python.
• Strong experience building and maintaining data-driven applications, ideally with Streamlit.
• Excellent SQL skills and a deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), including query optimisation, data modelling and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Practical experience with Machine Learning, LLMs or Generative AI, including technologies such as RAG, embeddings or vector search.

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance data-driven applications using Python and Streamlit; implement new features and maintain code quality.
• Analyse complex datasets, write efficient SQL queries, and transform data into actionable insights.
• Maintain and optimise data pipelines with Airflow for reliable data processing and high quality.
• Contribute to ML/LLM-powered features and practical AI applications.
• Collaborate with BI and engineering teams to optimise data models and performance.
• Write production-ready software using modern engineering practices.
• Keep learning and explore new AI/data technologies to improve work.
