Acquism SARL in Basel seeks an experienced Senior Data & AI Engineer to support cloud migration, data platform development and advanced analytics initiatives.

You will design scalable data solutions, contribute to a GCP-to-Azure migration and build data foundations for AI/ML and BI use cases. The role requires hands-on Python/SQL, data modelling and ETL expertise, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders onsite in Basel.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Analytics or AI.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, data modelling and ETL/ELT.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud migration projects (GCP to Azure).
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and integration solutions.
• Build and optimise data models, ETL/ELT processes and analytics workflows.
• Contribute to GCP-to-Azure migration activities and Azure data platform implementation.
• Support AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions.
