Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences.
• Excellent communication in English and German.

• Plan, execute and document customer audits at the Visp site.
• Respond to customer requests for audit dates.
• Coordinate audits with project teams and customer agendas.
• Accompany customers during audits and plant tours.
• Present Lonza’s QA systems to customers.
• Document customer audits in TrackWise.
• Coordinate responses to audit observations within timelines.
• Provide KPI data to QA Management.
• Conduct internal audits and self-inspections.
• Agree CAPAs and monitor implementation.
• Support QA during regulatory inspections.
• Organize preparation meetings and SME trainings.
