Zusammenfassung

LonzaVisp site is seeking a Senior QA Specialist / Customer Audit Manager with a strong scientific background to lead customer audits and internal regulatory inspections. The role interacts directly with customers and supports QA in regulatory activities.

Key responsibilities include coordinating audits, preparing responses, and presenting Lonza’s Quality systems. Strong English and German communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Experience in auditing chemical/biopharmaceutical processes is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute and document customer audits at the Visp site.
• Coordinate internal audits (self-inspections) and paper inspections with regulators.
• Prepare, execute and document on-site regulatory inspections with QA management.
• Coordinate audit observations with project teams and ensure timely responses to customers.
• Provide KPI data to QA Management on a regular basis.
• Organize preparation meetings and SME trainings related to audits.
