Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Analyst, TCI Currency Analytics, to join the Currency Management team with global scope across DePuy Synthes operations. The role is based in Zug, Switzerland, with collaboration across FP&A, Treasury and DS Fintech to standardize currency forecasting and reporting.

You will analyze currency impacts, develop processes, train partners, and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Finance/Economics degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Alteryx required; strong MS Excel and Office skills.
• MBA, CPA/CMA or similar certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop a standalone Transactional Currency Impact file process for DePuy Synthes and leverage existing tools.
• Coordinate and consolidate currency impacts for budget updates and actuals across DSPO.
• Lead trainings to educate partners about currency and hedging; maintain materials.
• Deliver currency forecasting analyses and quantify risks for DSPO, FP&A and senior management.
• Own the automated calculation solution and ensure scalable processes.
• Implement standard processes and maximize tool usage to drive efficiencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and drive value for financial targets.
• Support development of a currency ledger solution within DPS Finance (DFIN) for DePuy Synthes.
