Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior CRA to join our Clinical Solutions team in Switzerland. You will manage site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits, remotely or on-site, ensuring GCP compliance and patient safety.

Fluency in German is required; French is a plus. The role involves up to 75% travel and flexibility in remote work options. A Bachelor's degree or RN and prior monitoring experience are essential to succeed in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience.
• Oncology knowledge.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German; French would be an asset.
• Location in Eastern Switzerland is preferred; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP and SOPs compliance; escalate issues and propose actions.
• Verify informed consent and protect confidentiality.
• Review ISF/TMF and conduct source data verification; manage queries to closure.
• Coordinate with site staff and project team; support recruitment and retention strategies.
