Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Corporate Actions role.
• Solid expertise in mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions events.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed-income instruments and structured products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on deadlines, procedures and risk mitigation.
• Ability to interact independently with counterparties, custodians, institutional clients and Front Office/Private Banking in English and Italian.
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of corporate actions on equities, bonds and structured products.
• Oversee main corporate events: coupons, dividends, capital increases, mergers, splits and distributions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and risk mitigation while pursuing operational efficiency.
• Interact with counterparties, custodians, institutional clients, and Front Office Markets and Private Banking in English and Italian.
• Work under deadlines and contribute to department initiatives and projects.
