Job summary

You will handle main events such as dividends, capital changes, mergers, splits, distributions, exchanges, and related activities, interacting with custodians and clients in English and Italian. Residency in Ticino or willingness to relocate is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of corporate events on equities, bonds and structured products.
• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, and institutional clients.
• Interact with Front Office Markets and Private Banking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and meet tight deadlines.
