As a Senior Consultantin the Tech M&A cohort of our Deal
Transformation practice, you
will support corporate and private equity clients in understanding the
technology dimension of their most important transactions. Technology has
become one of the defining value drivers in M&A—it shapes deal theses,
influences valuation, creates integration and separation complexity, and
ultimately determines how value is protected and delivered after close. With AI
accelerating change across industries, you will help clients assess technology
opportunities, risks and disruption while supporting informed deal decisions
and long-term value creation.
The Tech M&A team cohort within our Swiss
Deal Transformation practice advises clients on the technology dimension of Mergers & Acquisitions,
Divestitures, Carve-outs and Integrations. As part of Deloitte's end-to-end
M&A advisory offering, we work closely with colleagues from Transaction
Services, Valuations, Corporate Finance, Commercial, Strategy, Cyber, AI & Data and broader Transformation teams to provide clients with an integrated,
value-driven approach to transactions.
You will gain exposure
to high-profile transactions across industries where technology increasingly
determines value, risk and execution success. Working alongside
multidisciplinary teams, you will help clients navigate complex technology
decisions throughout the deal lifecycle while developing deep expertise at the
intersection of technology and M&A.
