Deloitte AG in Zurich is seeking a Manager to join the Tech M&A cohort of our Deal Transformation practice. You will advise corporate and private equity clients on the technology dimension of their transactions, shaping deal theses, valuations and post-close integration.

Lead technology due diligence, strategy, integrations, and cost/benefit analyses while guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across industries into informed, value-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex business and technology challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate technology topics into executive-level business insights.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in M&A, technology strategy, technology transformation, transaction advisory or a related industry role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, curiosity for emerging technologies, especially AI, and fluency in English. German and/or French is desired.

Aufgaben

• Technology due diligence: Lead assessments of technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, operating models and technology spend to identify deal-relevant risks and opportunities.
• Technology strategy and value creation: Advise clients on technology strategy, AI impact, operating model design and value creation opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Technology integrations and carve-outs: Lead technology integration and separation planning, including Day 1 readiness, TSA considerations, target-state design and execution roadmaps.
• Technology cost and synergy analysis: Assess technology costs, investment requirements, synergies and execution complexity while working closely with financial and commercial deal teams.
• Client leadership: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, private equity investors and technology leaders, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

As part of Deloitte's end-to-end M&A advisory offering, we work closely with colleagues from Transaction Services, Valuations, Corporate Finance, Commercial, Strategy, Cyber, AI & Data and broader Transformation teams to provide clients with an integrated, value-driven approach to transactions.
