Jobtailor is seeking a qualified professional to compile, analyze, and interpret complaint data, develop concise product reports, and support the Complaint Global Process Owner. You will pull and summarize complaint-related NC/CAPA, partner with quality engineers and analysts, and drive standardization of insight-generation activities.

• 10+ years in Quality, product vigilance, complaint handling or analytics in regulated environments.
• Experience compiling and analyzing large datasets, quality metrics, or product performance information.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across global, regional, site, and functional stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of related experience in Quality, Product Quality Vigilance, complaint handling, analytics, quality systems, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer, or another highly regulated environment


• Experience compiling, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, quality metrics, complaint trends, narratives, process metrics, or product performance information


• Strong proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across global, regional, site, and functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment


• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
