Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across COA types (PRO, ObsRO, ClinRO, PerfO) and their application in clinical research.
• Extensive experience developing COA endpoint strategies across therapeutic areas.
• Hands‑on experience developing COA instruments, including item writing and qualitative validation.
• Experience supporting FDA‑facing endpoint strategy and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop COA endpoint strategies across clinical programs, including primary and key secondary endpoints.
• Provide COA expertise in client meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions.
• Differentiate proposals through expert-driven COA strategy narratives.
• Translate evolving scientific and regulatory expectations into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead instrument development from concept to validation-ready tools.
• Oversee qualitative research supporting content validity and patient-centered design.
• Mentor COA consultants and support capability development.
• Represent IQVIA as a COA science expert in external forums.
