Vontobel Private Clients in Zurich is seeking a Client Associate to own and support the management of a client portfolio, delivering high-quality service and risk-aware execution.

You will assist relationship managers with KYC, prepare investment proposals, and help ensure smooth account openings. A strong team player with English proficiency is essential, with German as a plus.

What would your role be?

• Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
• Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
• Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
• Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.
