Job summary

CASCINATION AG in Bern seeks a hands-on engineering leader to mentor a developer team and own the software architecture for long-term evolution. You will technically lead the team, plan sprints, and coordinate external developers to deliver safe, compliant medical software.

You'll develop core features in modern C++ and Qt, uphold coding standards, drive testing and test automation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinically relevant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of modern C++ experience, with leadership.
• Experience with Qt Widgets on Windows; QML is a plus.
• Experience with large C++ application architectures.
• Experience with unit testing and test automation.
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum).
• Experience in medical device software or safety-critical domains is a plus.
• Professional English skills; German is a plus.

Your profile
