Job summary

Options Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior C# Developer to join a global team building LLM-based AI and analytics platforms for traders, analysts, researchers and data scientists.

You will contribute to backend services with C#/.NET, work with SQL databases, and advance RAG/LLM solutions within a financial services context in an Agile SCRUM setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with C# and related .NET technologies.
• Experience with RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience working in an agile scrum development model.
• 1-2 years experience developing RAG / LLM solutions.
• Excellent English oral and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C#/.NET backend services for AI/Analytics platforms.
• Contribute to building LLM based AI and analytics features for traders, analysts and data scientists.
• Collaborate in an agile SCRUM environment with a global software team.

Working for a major energy trader we are recruiting a Senior C# Developer within a background in financial services, ideally from a trading + risk systems background.

The Role

As a member of a skilled global team of software engineers, you will play a role in developing exciting LLM based AI and Analytics platforms. The customers are varied; traders, analysts, researchers and data scientists.

Essential Skills:

• 3 -5 years of experience working with C# and related .NET technologies
• Experience with RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Experience working in an agile scrum development model
• 1 - 2 years experience of developing RAG / LLM solutions
• Excellent English oral and written skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in GraphQL or gRPC
• Experience in Reactive Extensions (RX)
• Previous experience in the commodities and/or finance industry (hedge funds, investment banking, private banking).
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science or an equivalent field
