Qualifikationen

7+ years in pharma/biotech with senior technical leadership.
Experience leading cross-functional projects in biologics.
Strong knowledge of upstream/downstream biologics processes.
Familiar with cGMP, EHS, and regulated quality systems.

Aufgaben

Lead evaluation and qualification of new technologies and equipment.
Provide technical leadership for technology transfer and process changes.
Drive optimization of GMP batch and continuous manufacturing.
Develop qualification strategies, risk assessments, and change controls.
Support documentation: protocols, reports, and lifecycle records.
Mentor colleagues and ensure GMP/compliance adherence.
