Job summary

Celerion in Fehraltorf/Zurich seeks a (Senior) Bioanalytical Principal Investigator to lead regulated bioanalytical studies and method validations, serving as primary client contact and Study Director with full ownership of studies.

The role encompasses leadership, client management, and continuous improvement of laboratory operations, with senior-level responsibilities for strategic programs and mentoring staff. Excellent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology or related field.
• Experience in regulated bioanalysis (GLP/GxP) and in industry setting is preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff and work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead GLP/GxP-compliant bioanalytical studies and method validations.
• Act as Study Director/PI with responsibility for studies.
• Develop and approve study plans, validation protocols and reports.
• Provide regular updates to clients and support audits.
