Mercury Engineering Switzerland GmbH invites a BIM Lead to join our team in Glattpark. You will lead the BIM team across designated projects, drive workflows, mentor staff, and ensure timely sign‑offs, clashes resolution, and coordination with design teams and clients.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM leadership, strong teamwork and communication, and proficiency in IT and MS Office. A permanent, on‑site position with potential travel is available.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience as BIM Lead
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office

Aufgaben

• Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team on designated projects
• Manage BIM personnel and workloads across designated projects
• Provide mentoring and guidance to BIM project team
• Ensure workflows are in place and understood by the team
• Coordinate with design teams to meet timely sign‑offs and project schedules
• Deliver BIM deliverables and weekly status reports in line with project plans
• Interface with clients and attend project meetings as required
• Develop BIM protocols and train new staff; travel may be required
