ALLPS is seeking an experienced Backend Application Developer to support a long-term Basel project. The role requires hands-on design, development, and maintenance of secure, scalable backend applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, MySQL, Python, and MVC.

The ideal candidate will translate complex business processes into scalable server designs, ensuring high availability and secure multi‑tier services, with API and microservice patterns across an enterprise tech stack.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of enterprise software development in multi‑tier server architectures.
• Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and MySQL.
• Good knowledge of MVC architecture.
• Strong database experience with SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services.
• Fluent German communications (C1/C2) required.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and map business requirements to enterprise backend software components and middleware.
• Design and implement high availability, scalable, secure backend services with multi‑tier architecture.
• Model relational databases and optimize ORM configurations.
• Develop and document RESTful APIs and secure SOAP paths within a microservices pattern.
• Configure identity federation and modern auth protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0).
• Prepare and maintain deployment environments (local, staging, production) and automate packaging.
• Perform defect analysis and root‑cause remediation for high‑load production systems.
• Collaborate with distributed project teams and communicate in German during the interview process.
