Job summary

Allps is seeking an experienced Backend Application Developer to support a long-term Basel project. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable backend systems using .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, MySQL, and Python within a multi-tier architecture.

The 3-year contract offers extension potential and requires fluent German in interviews. The ideal candidate will implement high-availability services, secure API configurations, and decoupled microservice

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years in enterprise software development with multi-tier server architectures.
• Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.0+, .NET Core, and MySQL; MVC knowledge.
• Secure coding, performance optimization, and full SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and map business requirements to enterprise backend components.
• Define runtime profiles for high availability and automated horizontal scaling.
• Model relational DB schemas and ORM mappings for performance.
• Develop, test, document, and support RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement identity federation using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.
• Manage staging and test environments and automated deployment workflows.
• Provide tier-3 diagnostic support to resolve production defects.
