Zusammenfassung

Gravis Robotics is a high-growth ETH Zurich spin-out building autonomous robotics for construction. The autonomy team architecture enables multiple tasks to share a unified software stack while staying stable and scalable.

You will own task-level architecture for autonomous behaviors, define module boundaries, and guide tooling to ensure robust, high-quality software across C++ and Python.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years developing complex C++ systems with modern C++ (17+).
  • Strong Python for tooling, configuration and simulation scripting.
  • Experience designing large, modular software systems with long-term maintainability.
  • High standards for software quality and long-term maintainability.

Aufgaben

  • Own the task-level architecture shared across autonomous behaviors.
  • Define clear module boundaries between behavior orchestration and shared logic.
  • Implement component tests and telemetry/metrics pipelines.
  • Identify technical debt early to guide sustainable solutions.
  • Act as the go-to person for software quality: modern C++ practices and Python.
