Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management in a multinational.
• Engineering, SCM, Economics or related degree.
• Deep understanding of industrial automation systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES).
• Proven negotiations with major OEMs for equipment/software/services.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and TCO optimization.
• GMP/regulatory process manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Fluent English; German helpful.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across Switzerland/Europe/international.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the Automation Procurement category strategy across manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT/OT, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Lead high-value negotiations and framework agreements with OEMs, system integrators, and suppliers.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership across equipment and software lifecycle.
• Lead project procurement for CAPEX, facility expansion and technology initiatives from design to commissioning.
• Contribute to benchmarking, process standardization, and technology consolidation across site networks.
• Manage single-source dependency risks and oversee vendor performance to ensure continuous supply and modern compliance.
