Zusammenfassung

Skyguide is seeking an APS & ADC Rated (ATCO) Instructor (100%) stationed at Wangen b. Dübendorf. The role covers course management, regulatory compliance and training material development for classroom and simulation environments.

You will also participate in international aviation groups as Skyguide's representative. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years as a licensed ATCO and an OJTI/STDI endorsement; additional licenses are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in both Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS).
• Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt communication style to context and stakeholders; active listening.

Aufgaben

• Oversee course planning, administration, and the ongoing monitoring of student performance.
• Ensure all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Create, design, and deliver training material for classroom and simulation environments.
• Provide support for training development and for colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Represent Skyguide and Skyguide Academy at international working groups and projects.
