Qualifikationen

• Licensed Air Traffic Controller with ADC and APS experience
• On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) endorsement
• Good communication and teamwork skills; fluent English (ELP 4+)

• Oversee course planning and student performance monitoring
• Ensure training content complies with regulations
• Create and deliver training material for classroom and simulation environments
• Support training development and collaboration with other departments
• Represent Skyguide at international working groups and projects
