Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Android development with Kotlin.
• Completed degree in computer science (or equivalent).
• Fluent German or English; strong proficiency in the other language.
• Kotlin, Compose, Coroutines, MVVM, Hilt, Gradle experience.
• Experience with Android testing (unit/UI tests).
• Willingness to learn Swift/React/.NET for cross-platform collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own the mobile apps (Digitec & Galaxus) with ideas to improve mobile shopping experience.
• Own the full app lifecycle and perform refactoring to improve quality.
• Collaborate with iOS, Web Frontend, and Backend platforms as skills develop.
• Operate in an agile team with small tasks and short iterations to maximize value.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and share knowledge.
• Promote open, transparent communication and constructive feedback.
