On is seeking a Lead Anaplan Specialist (Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect) to join its HQ in Zurich. You will own and build Anaplan models for financial planning, maintain both backend and frontend, and lead integrations with other systems.

The role requires 5+ years in Anaplan model building, 3+ years in related business processes, a finance-related degree, and strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with business processes, data structures and systems.
• 5+ years in Anaplan model building; certifications are valued (Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect).
• Degree or good knowledge in finance or any related field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive to solve business problems with technology.
• Consultancy background is a plus; proven stakeholder management in a fast-changing environment.

Aufgaben

• Technical ownership of planning models as Anaplan Solution Architect / Model Builder, responsibility for backend/frontend building activities and integrations to other systems and Anaplan models.
• Ownership of Anaplan initiatives and projects end-to-end (requirements engineering, model building, testing, go-live support, maintenance).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into value-adding Anaplan solutions.
• Communicate technical outcomes and their consequences effectively to different stakeholders.
• Build Anaplan models in accordance with Anaplan implementation principles.
• Document and control On’s planning models to ensure they are logical and robust.
• Provide guidance and end user training to raise competence, awareness and technical skills in relation to planning.
