Job summary
SICPA in Prilly, Switzerland seeks a PhD-level Analytical Chemistry leader to drive advanced analytical developments, support investigations, and enable data-driven decisions across R&D, production, quality, and clients.

Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent with 5+ years in industry
- Proven leadership of complex analytical projects
- Strong method development and validation expertise
- Advanced knowledge of analytical techniques
- ISO 17025 experience is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, leadership
- Fluent in English and French
Responsibilities
- Act as scientific referent for critical analytical activities
- Develop, validate, and optimize advanced analytical methods
- Define analytical strategies for complex problems
- Lead analytical investigations and support operations
- Support ISO 17025 compliance activities
- Mentor laboratory staff and drive competency
