Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) to support the Biosurgery and A&R portfolios. This role can be based in the United States or Europe, working within the Global Supply Chain.

You will develop end-to-end capacity models, run scenario analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to inform long-range planning, with dashboards and digital tools like OMP, Power BI, and SQL.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, analytics, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience working with large datasets and communicating findings effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and enhance Biosurgery SCM models to support long-range planning and decision-making.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain models incorporating networks, capacity, BOMs, inventory policies, and future investment plans.
• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate capacity expansion, process improvements, sourcing changes, and network redesign.
• Support LRPP and LRFP planning cycles over 2–10 year horizons.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive-ready recommendations on capacity and profitability.
• Support deployment of SCM processes and expansion into new product platforms.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility of capacity constraints and planning assumptions.
• Drive continuous improvement through governance and standardization.
