You will translate global strategies into local execution to enable growth, service excellence, and cash‑flow performance.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage escalations with regional teams across EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading regional/global supply chain organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Proven success driving IBP / S&OP maturity and enterprise-level decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deploy an CH & AT E2E supply chain vision and strategy aligned with global Surgery priorities.
• Own customer service performance and drive regional service outcomes with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Supply Chain in key customer interactions and lead escalation management and corrective actions.
• Orchestrate collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, D&T, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
