Novelis, a global leader in aluminum solutions, seeks a Senior Predictive Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) to advance AI-driven maintenance across manufacturing operations in Europe. You will design and deploy predictive maintenance, develop health scoring and RUL estimators, and optimize models from data pipelines to production.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or advanced certification in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, predictive maintenance, reliability analytics, or industrial AI systems delivery.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or sustainability-focused organizations.
• Experience developing predictive models using time-series data, sensor data, or equipment telemetry.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deploy AI-driven predictive maintenance and asset-reliability solutions across manufacturing operations.
• Build and improve production-grade failure prediction models, equipment health scoring systems, and RUL estimators.
• Optimize model performance across training, inference, edge compute, and production stability.
• Contribute to model lifecycle management with MLOps practices such as monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and documentation.
