Job summary

Source Group International Ltd (SGI) is seeking a hands-on backend engineer in Switzerland to build production-grade systems and deploy LLM-powered apps. You will work directly with customers, design robust data pipelines, and help shape product direction.

The role requires 3+ years of backend experience, strong Python, cloud and API skills, plus fluency in German and English. Authorized to work in Switzerland; you’ll join a tight-knit team in a fast-growing AI company.
