Job summary

Source Group International is seeking a hands-on backend engineer in Switzerland to build scalable Python services and deploy LLM-powered applications for real users. The role requires 3+ years of backend experience, strong Python, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong Python skills with production systems running at scale.
• Experience with databases, APIs, cloud environments.
• Proven experience deploying LLMs into production for real users.
• Fluent German and English.
• Authorized to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services in Python.
