Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Video Creative to conceive, produce and ship paid video across Kraken Consumer. You’ll drive the idea from concept to multi-market assets, leveraging AI as a core production method.

You’ll report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design. This senior IC role sets the bar for paid video, collaborating with product marketing, performance marketing, content, regional leads, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance video creative, in-house or agency, fintech/crypto preferred.
• A portfolio with paid video work, at least two full cuts and one AI-generated piece.
• Strong video production from concept to final cut with sound design.
• High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling with shipped work.
• Experience creating platform-native content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Fluency in internet culture with strong comedic instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches and campaigns.
• Build for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X with platform-specific formats.
• Concept and cut performance video, delivering cross-format asset sets.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, maintaining repeatable workflows.
• Localize video across markets, languages, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get approvals.
• Maintain high craft standards and clean file organization.
