Duferco’s Corporate Innovation Team is expanding to develop internal platforms and AI-enabled tooling that streamline operations across energy, trading, logistics, and other domains. You’ll own backend systems end-to-end, from design to deployment, and contribute to data platforms and analytics capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years building production backend systems in Python.
• Ability to design data models from complex business problems.
• Pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and maintainability.

• Design and build backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Postgres, and AWS-based services.
• Create AI-enabled automation, agents, and operational tools.
• Develop data and decision-support pipelines and internal analytics tooling.
• Build engineering tooling to improve how we build and ship.
