Job summary

OnTarget Communications in Basel invites a senior Flight Physics lead to drive design, modeling and verification for aerospace programs. You will lead a team of flight physics engineers, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with systems engineering and certification standards.

The role requires a Master's in Aerospace or Space Engineering, 8+ years in flight physics and aircraft design, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Aerospace or Space Engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft design and flight physics.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 regulations.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
