Collaboration with Group Accounting, external auditors, and senior stakeholders will shape reporting, controls, and new product launches, embedding evolving business models into operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in financial or group accounting within an insurance company.
• Strong in-house accounting and general ledger experience.
• Experience designing and rolling out group-wide processes in scale-ups or listed firms.
• Proactive, hands-on, self-starter.
• Ability to lead process implementation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align local accounting practices with group requirements.
• Big Four audit experience would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Drive day-to-day financial accounting and the monthly close.
• Implement and optimize group-wide accounting processes.
• Design, establish, and roll out robust accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Group Accounting on joint closing activities and consolidated reporting.
• Contribute to external financial reporting, regulatory filings, and local entity closings under local GAAP and IFRS.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on strategic initiatives and new product launches.
• Ensure new business models are embedded into group-wide processes and routines.
