Nexi Germany GmbH is hiring for a key role in the Swiss Finance Team, located in Gland (Vaud). You will manage operational accounting, including receivables, invoicing, payables, and monthly close, in a collaborative, multilingual setting with strong emphasis on process improvement.

Native French with advanced English is required; German skills are a plus. The role offers hybrid work, on-the-job training, and opportunities within Europe’s PayTech network.

Qualifications

• Certified Accountant or in progress.
• Higher education in Finance / Accounting or related field.
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office), especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• S4/HANA experience on financial modules is required.
• Experience with process management and documentation tools such as Visio.
• Native French with advanced business English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support CFO/Head of Finance to drive operational accounting (Receivables incl. Dunning, Invoicing, Payables).
• Participate in monthly close, reporting and reconciliations with peer, including VAT reporting.
• Back-up to Receivables/Invoicing/Payables and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure documentation of accounting processes is maintained and updated for process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc requests from CFO/Head of Finance.
