Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to manage the complete accounting function, oversee general and subsidiary ledgers, and ensure IFRS-compliant statements. You will collaborate on monthly closings, group reporting, and VAT matters while coordinating external payroll processing.

Fluency in German and English is required to communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Swiss accounting background, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to long-term

Qualifikationen

• Experience with IFRS financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet accounting and closing procedures.
• Experience with group reporting and payroll coordination preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete accounting function, including general and subsidiary ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform monthly controlling and group reporting.
• Coordinate external payroll processing.
• Handle VAT-related matters.
