Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft in Stans, Switzerland, seeks a seasoned Account & Contract Manager to lead customer contracts, drive post‑award programs and manage complex lifecycle activities.

You will strengthen profitability through rigorous cost control and negotiation, identify new aftermarket opportunities, and build enduring customer relationships by guiding cross‑functional teams and serving as the trusted commercial interface.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years in aerospace or related sector.
• Proven track record in account management, contract management, and business development.
• Strong commercial, financial expertise, and negotiation skills.
