In this role you will manage budgets, collaborate across sites, and promote safe, coherent engineering practices. Prior leadership and strong technical depth across C++, Java or Go are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go.
• 3 years building software for data privacy or security.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with org goals.
• Set expectations with individuals based on level and role.
• Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmap for teams.
• Design, guide and vet system designs and write code.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
