Job summary

The role focuses on securities settlement, post-trade operations and ensuring timely, accurate processing of transfers. You will handle SWIFT MT540–MT543, liaise with custodians and CSDs, monitor settlements, resolve breaks, and support the team workload. Fluency in German and English is required.
Qualifications
Detailed knowledge of securities settlement and post-trade operations.
Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT540–MT543.
Experience handling settlement discrepancies and reconciliations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities
Process and monitor global free-of-payment securities transfers across equities, bonds, and funds.
Issue settlement instructions to custodians and CSDs.
Work with SWIFT MT540–MT543 messages and other channels.
Monitor settlements and resolve discrepancies and issues.
Investigate settlement breaks and position differences.
Perform booking and reconciliations.
Communicate with counterparties and internal stakeholders.
Handle inquiries via email, mailbox, and phone.
Support daily team activity planning.
