The Grand Municipal Council of the city of Adliswil consists of 36 members from eight different parties. As a parliament, the Grand Municipal Council annually decides the city of Adliswil's budget, sets the tax burden, creates the framework conditions for structural development, and decides on the offers and services of the city for the benefit of the residents. The Grand Municipal Council has four standing committees, which meet at different intervals.
We are looking for immediate or agreed start
In this role, you take the minutes of the committee meetings and prepare them according to the specified guidelines within ten days after each meeting. Attendance at the evening meetings is a prerequisite for this role; these usually take place about once a week.
To perform this task, you have confident German language skills, a good sense of language, IT skills (Word), and your own computer for processing Word documents.

Compensation is paid as a flat rate per minute.
