Job summary

Talents Finders, in partnership with leading Swiss healthcare institutions, seeks a qualified medical professional for a permanent role in the operating department of a hospital in Switzerland. The position covers instrument preparation, daily operation planning, and ensuring hygiene and sterility.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team, participate in all services (7×24), and may access hospital housing, relocation support, diploma recognition assistance, and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced federal diploma in a relevant field.
• Medical diploma and license to practice required.
• Professional work experience in healthcare.
• German language at B2 level (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruments during operation.
• Organize daily routine within the operations.
• Ensure hygiene and sterility in the operating area.
• Provide and handle technical equipment, devices and facilities.
• Cooperate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Work in all services (7×24 hours).

• German language knowledge at B2 level ( B2 Level Language Certification or willingness to get one is required )
