University of Bern seeks a creative Communication Officer to develop and implement CLIM+ outreach strategies. You will craft high-quality content for external channels, coordinate with researchers, and manage internal and external communications across media and events.

The role requires fluency in German and English, with French an asset. You will work with CMS and multimedia tools, maintain the corporate identity, and collaborate with AKM and partners in a dynamic university environment.

Qualifikationen

• Native German or excellent German skills, plus fluent English and French in writing and speaking.
• Experience in science and corporate communication.
• Experience with multimedia (images/graphics, video, audio) is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Contribution to the development and implementation of the general NCCR CLIM+ communication strategy.
• Strategic planning and production of high-quality content for external communications.
• Support interdisciplinary research projects with their communication.
• Manage Website content, as well as social media and a newsletter.
• Ownership and further development of visual identity and material.
• Set up and management of internal communication channels (MS Teams and other platforms).
• Initiate, lead or coordinate complex communication projects, including events and conferences.
• Liaise with the University of Bern's Communication & Marketing Department or third parties.
